Operation Restored
Healing the Warrior. Strengthening the Family.
Overview
Operation Restored exists to help veterans and first responders find healing, restoration, purpose, and lasting community through Christ-centered discipleship, mentorship, retreats, and practical support.
We recognize that many veterans and first responders return home carrying invisible wounds. Beyond the physical demands of service, many struggle with isolation, loss of identity, moral injury, trauma, grief, broken relationships, spiritual disconnection, and the challenges of reintegration into civilian life.
Operation Restored provides a place where men can be honest about their struggles, build authentic relationships, strengthen their faith, and discover a renewed sense of purpose alongside others who understand their journey.
Our goal is not simply to help veterans survive after service. We seek to help them thrive by discovering their identity in Christ, strengthening their families, developing healthy support networks, and becoming servant leaders within their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
Mission Statement
To equip veterans and first responders to heal, grow, lead, and serve through Christ-centered discipleship, mentorship, retreats, community, and practical life support.
Vision Statement
To build a nationwide network of faith-based veteran and first responder communities where no warrior walks alone, and every individual has the opportunity to experience healing, restoration, purpose, and spiritual growth through Jesus Christ.
Core Objectives
Operation Restored seeks to:
Provide Christ-centered discipleship and spiritual growth opportunities.
Reduce isolation through authentic community and brotherhood.
Strengthen marriages and family relationships.
Address challenges related to transition, purpose, and identity.
Support individuals dealing with trauma, grief, and moral injury.
Connect participants with trusted community resources and support networks.
Develop servant leaders who positively influence their families, churches, and communities.
Create mentorship opportunities between generations of veterans and first responders.
Encourage long-term accountability and personal growth.
Help participants discover that their greatest mission may begin after service.
The Retreat Experience
The retreat experience serves as the cornerstone of Operation Restored.
Through immersive multi-day retreats, participants have the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and focus intentionally on spiritual renewal, personal reflection, healing, and authentic connection.
Retreat experiences will include:
Biblical teaching and discipleship.
Veteran-led small group discussions.
Personal reflection and guided journaling.
Testimony and storytelling sessions.
Marriage and family enrichment resources.
Outdoor activities and team-building experiences.
Prayer and spiritual mentoring.
Long-term discipleship planning.
Each retreat is designed not as a one-time event, but as the beginning of an ongoing journey of restoration.
Beyond the Retreat
Healing does not happen in a weekend.
Operation Restored is committed to walking alongside participants long after the retreat concludes through:
Monthly discipleship groups.
Peer mentorship relationships.
Family support initiatives.
Leadership development opportunities.
Local community gatherings.
Service projects and outreach opportunities.
Digital discipleship resources.
Annual reunions and advanced retreats.
Our objective is to create lifelong relationships that foster continued spiritual growth, accountability, and a sense of purpose.
Long-Term Vision
Over time, Operation Restored will establish regional communities and retreat opportunities across the United States, creating a network of veterans and first responders committed to healing, discipleship, leadership, and service.
As the ministry grows, participants will be equipped to become mentors, small-group leaders, retreat volunteers, and community ambassadors who help others begin their own restoration journey.
We believe that restored warriors strengthen families, restored families strengthen communities, and restored communities create lasting impact for generations.
